Can I insure products?Updated 21 days ago

Yes, you can purchase the Tiny Care damage coverage from us.

The Tiny Care coverage applies per product and only needs to be purchased once for the entire rental period. It covers up to €750 in repair costs if the rented product sustains damage during the rental period through normal use. This only applies to damage that can reasonably be expected from regular use of the products. Damage caused by improper use of the products is not covered by the damage coverage. In such cases, the repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter. Additionally, if damage is not reported to us in a timely manner, the repair or replacement costs will be billed to the renter.

Any manufacturing defects or faults are, of course, not charged, but we do request that you report and document these with us immediately (within 2 days). This allows us to assist you with a replacement product.

The Tiny Care Damage Coverage can only be used once per rented product. For example, if you are renting two products and would like them both covered by the Tiny Care damage coverage, you will need to add Tiny Care damage coverage twice to your shopping cart. This ensures both products are covered for the entire rental period.

What is not covered by the Tiny Care insurance?
Please note that certain things are not covered by the Tiny Care insurance, such as:

  • Theft of products
  • Loss of products
  • Intentionally damaged products
  • Damage, loss, or theft of products while on vacation

For theft or loss of products, your own liability insurance can usually cover this. Please consult your insurance company regarding the coverage of these costs.

If something happens to the products during your vacation, this damage or loss is covered by your travel insurance.

In all of the above cases, please always contact our customer service immediately to report theft, loss, or damage.
