What happens if I damage a product?Updated 4 months ago

We understand that the rented products will be used intensively, and babies and children can sometimes make a mess (trust us, we know!). That's not a problem. You can rent our baby items without worries.

In the case of fabric upholstery, you can wash it yourself (please refer to the care label for instructions). Examples of normal wear and tear or repairable damage include a loose seam, a small hole or stain in an inconspicuous area, or minor paint chipping.

If there is any damage that we cannot repair and renders the product unusable or compromises safety, please report it to us as soon as possible and within 24 hours.

Follow these steps in case of damage during your rental period:

1. Report the damage within 24 hours by sending an email to [email protected] 

2. Take photos of the damage to the affected product and send them to us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after reporting the damage.

3. After processing your damage claim, you will receive a return label by email. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may need to return the product to our warehouse or directly to the manufacturer. If the product is still functional, you may also choose to continue the rental without repair or replacement.

4. Once your product arrives at our warehouse, our customer service will inform you about repair options and any associated costs.
