Are all products available for purchase after rent?
Only selected products can be purchased. If your product can be purchased, there will be a price for your rented product at the end of your minimum rental period in the customer portal.
What is the price of the product I want to buy?
The price is set by us in a fair way, taking into account several factors such as the new price, residual value and a monthly depreciation. This price is final.
How does buying after renting work?
For products that can be bought after renting, at the end of your minimum rental period, you can buy the product for the set price via the customer portal.
How long do I have to rent the product before I can buy it?
You can buy the product once you have completed the minimum rental period.
What happens to my subscription if I buy the product after renting?
When you buy a product after renting, your current subscription for that product will be discontinued.
When should I indicate that I want to buy the product after my minimum rental period?
In the customer portal, you can buy the product at the end of your minimum rental period by accepting the sale price and completing the payment. Do this before the next debit, to avoid paying an extra month's rent. Your subscription for that product
I've changed my mind; I don't want to buy the product after rental anymore, but keep renting or return it. Is this possible?
As long as the redemption amount has not been paid, you can choose not to do anything; this will automatically renew your subscription. You can also return the product and stop your subscription.
Can I pay the purchase amount in instalments?
No, the set price cannot be paid in instalments.
Can I still return the product if I have bought it after rental?
No, it is not possible to return the product after the rental period and a completed payment of the purchase price.
Do I get warranty on a product I am purchasing after rental?
No, once the purchase price is paid, no warranty or Tiny Care damage coverage applies to the product.
