We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. Cancellation is only possible if we haven't processed your order yet.

You can do this through your personal Tiny Library account. To improve our service, we would also like to hear why you want to cancel your order. After we have processed your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for checkout. The money will be in your account within 1 to 2 business days.
