We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. Cancellation is only possible if we have not yet processed your order.

You can do this by sending an email to [email protected]. In order to improve our service, we would also appreciate knowing the reason for canceling your order. Once we have processed your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The refunded amount will be returned using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The funds will be credited to your account within 1 to 2 business days.

If you already have the product in your possession, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You can return the unused product to us within 14 days after receiving it.
