If you have had the product for more than 14 days and you are not satisfied or you want to exchange your product for a different brand or color, you can request an exchange by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, and the product you want to exchange.
If the minimum rental term of your subscription has not yet expired, a one-time fee of €50 will be charged for the exchange. This fee covers the costs of exchanging, shipping, and cleaning.
