Do I have to keep the box that my product was delivered in?Updated 3 months ago

The products are delivered in boxes. We kindly ask you to store these boxes so that you can reuse them for returns. If you really have no space to store the boxes, you can choose to dispose of them. In that case, please make sure you have other boxes available for returning the product. Alternatively, you can return the packages to us in Weesp (warehouse). When returning the products, never send them back without a box, as this could cause severe damage to the items.

Prefer not to receive any boxes at all? Opt for our Butler Service: we will deliver the product fully assembled and personally to your doorstep. The product will be ready for immediate use, and we avoid unnecessary packaging.
