Do you want to return a product and cancel your subscription? You can return the products when the minimum rental period has expired.
Register your return via this link. It is possible to return the products in the following ways:
1. Return the products to our warehouse in Weesp. After registering your return on the returns page, you can return the products to us. You don't need boxes or labels for this.
2. Send yourself via a Parcel Shop. You will receive free return labels (DPD) or a QR code per package from us to send it without a printer.
3. Butler service (€75): we will collect the entire product from your home at a time that suits you. You don't have to disassemble anything yourself or put it in packaging.
4. We can also collect the products from your home for €9.75 per package. You can email us for details.
Before returning, check our care checklist for properly returning your product.
