How expensive is the Tiny Bike subscription?
You can rent a children's bike starting from €8 per month. The monthly fee depends on the bike you choose.
What if the bike gets damaged or broken?
You can purchase the Tiny Care damage insurance, which covers regular damages. If you experience any damage or if the bike is broken, please contact us, and we will exchange the bike for you.
Can I exchange my kids' bike for a different size?
Can I exchange my kids' bike for a different size?. Yes! You can exchange your kids' bike for another bike once a year free of charge, so the bike can easily grow along with your child. Would you like to exchange it again within the same year? No pro
What is the minimum duration of my subscription
When renting your first children's bike, you choose the rental period. After this period, you can cancel on a monthly basis.
What is the delivery time for the bikes?
The current delivery time is approximately one week.
What about maintenance?
We assume that you will handle the bike with care. In the case of an exchange, we will provide you with a bike that is in almost new condition.
When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts from the moment that your order is send.
