I have a question regarding the Tiny Bike subscription
What if the bike gets damaged or broken?
For €2.50, you can purchase the Tiny Care damage insurance, which covers regular damages. If you experience any damage or if the bike is broken, please contact us, and we will exchange the bike for you.
How does exchanging to a bigger bike work?
You can exchange the bike for another one at anytime during your subscription. After 12 months, exchanging is free of charge. If you want to swap in the meantime because your child has had a growth spurt, there is a one-time fee of €19.95 for the exc
What is the minimum duration of my subscription
When renting your first children's bike, you choose the rental period. After this period, you can cancel on a monthly basis.
What is the delivery time for the bikes?
The current delivery time is approximately one week.
What about maintenance?
We assume that you will handle the bike with care. In the case of an exchange, we will provide you with a bike that is in almost new condition.
When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts from the moment that your order is send.
